Job Description

Community Gateway in NSW is seeking a Senior Community Worker to deliver quality client support and mentor the Field Staff workforce. You will role-model commitment to quality, mentoring peers and supporting upskilling through buddy shifts and documentation.

The role requires Certificate III in relevant care, at least two years full time experience, and a robust focus on person-centred care, safety, and flexible schedule from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Not-for-profit employer with values.
