Key Responsibilities

n

Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the purchasing journey
n
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Generate and follow up sales leads
n




Negotiate sales and achieve individual sales targets
n
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
n
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
n
Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales departments
n

About You

n

n
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
n
Qualified appearance and positive attitude
n
Solid customer service focus
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
