Key responsibilities
Carrying out roofing installation, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard
Providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced roofing team members
Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Advising customers on roofing products, solutions, and best practices
Ensuring all work meets company quality, safety, and compliance standards
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitoring job progress and assisting with planning and resource allocation
About you
Proven experience as a roofer, with a strong background in the trade
Ability to mentor and support other team members effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of roofing products, materials, and installation processes
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Flexible and adaptable to changing job or site requirements
Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance
