Responsibilities
You will bring strong technical capability and a natural ability to build relationships, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful project delivery.
Core responsibilities include:
Construction programming, staging and methodology development




Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and project specifications
Managing team performance across productivity, cost, quality and culture
Leading monthly financial reviews, forecasting and margin management
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Maintaining a secure, well‐managed project environment
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will be a self‐starter with strong civil delivery experience and a collaborative leadership style.
Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering
10+ years' civil construction experience, including 2+ years in project management
Background inearthworks, drainage, roads, community infrastructure
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and stakeholder engagement
Experience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
A mix ofproject delivery and estimatingexperience is highly regarded
