Lead Veterinarian – Mountain Creek Veterinary Clinic
Mountain Creek Veterinary Clinic is a thriving boutique practice located just 10 minutes from the beach on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
We're seeking a confident and passionate Lead Veterinarian to join our stable, close-knit team where most members have been with us for 5-10 years.
Our team includes 5 experienced vets and 6 nurses, with 3 vets and 3‐5 nurses working each day.
We're a supportive, family‐like team that values culture, clinical excellence, work‐life balance, and our amazing client relationships.
What you'll be doing: As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll handle diverse cases that keep every day interesting and challenging.
You'll maintain high clinical standards while building a team-oriented team environment, overseeing patient care, mentoring staff, and contributing to practice development.

About you:
Qualified Veterinarian registered with QLD Veterinary Practitioners Board
Ideally 5+ years small animal experience
Strong communicator and team player who builds excellent client relationships
