We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the team and continue building on the venue's strong local reputation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys running busy operations, developing people, driving commercial results and creating memorable guest experiences.

What you'll be doing
n

Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality venue
n
Building, coaching and developing a high-performing management and venue team
n
Driving a positive team culture with a strong focus on talent development and succession planning
n
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards
n
Managing labour, wages, stock, costs and venue profitability
n
Growing community engagement and building strong local relationships
n
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and legislative requirements
n

We're looking for someone who
n
n
Has at least 2 years' experience in a similar Venue Manager role
n
Is a reliable and proven hospitality leader with solid tenure
n
Has a commercial mindset and understands how to drive revenue and profitability
n
Has a track record of building, developing and retaining outstanding teams
n
Leads from the front with robust communication and people leadership skills
n
Thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
n
