As we are looking to expand, we have an exciting opportunity available to join our experienced and supportive team at First National Real Estate Atherton.

We are seeking an Experienced full-time Property Manager, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an immediate start available.

What We're Looking For

n

A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
n
A valid driver's licence
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and time management
n
A proactive, client-focused attitude
n
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
n
Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n




Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants & suppliers
n
Manage rent receipting, arrears, and bond finalisations
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and work orders
n
Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
n
Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
n
Prepare correspondence, file notes, and maintain accurate records
n
Schedule and coordinate appointments
n
Advertise and lease properties
n
Prospect for and secure recent property managements
n
Support business development initiatives
n
