Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Food Production Team Member to oversee our food production operations.

n

We strongly prefer experienced in the food manufacturing industry (esp noodles).

n

Positive numeracy, literacy and communication skills are essential.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Feed raw materials into production machinery, pack, label and monitor food product quality.

n

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.

n

Ensure that finished food products meet specifications and regulatory standards.

n

Manage equipment, raw materials and ingredient resources to meet production objectives.

n

Clean work surfaces and equipment after production.

n





Maintain production schedules for optimum productivity and efficiency.

n

Identify and address production issues.

n

Manage raw ingredients inventory records and communicate with Shift Manager regarding ready-to-go inventory.

n

Communicate with the Shift Manager regarding production goals and results.

n

Location & Commitments

Must be in Sydney.
n
Permanent full time / Permanent part time role.
n
Monday - Friday (24 - 38 hours per week).
n
Must have full working rights in Australia.
