The role:

n

n
End to end bookkeeping for clients across a range of industries and sizes.
n
Banking, payroll, GST lodgment, reconciliations, PAYG reporting, invoicing, AP/AR and other core duties.
n
Client contact via phone and email.
n
Supervise and support a team of bookkeepers and junior staff.
n
Manage workflow and delegate to the team.
n
Assist accountants and process client records.
n
Contribute to process and system improvements.
n

Key Skills We're Looking For:

Collaboration: Team player who contributes ideas and coaches others.

Client Management: Build strong relationships and provide commercial solutions.

Project Administration: Manage workloads, deadlines, and priorities.
n
Communication: Clear, high-quality communication with clients and team.

3+ years in an Australian public practice firm or bookkeeping business managing multiple clients.
n
Strong ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Solid problem-solving skills to help your clients navigate any issues
n
Flexible schedule to help manage priorities at home
n
Regular in house and external training
n
Cloud-based systems & modern processes
n
Supportive, collaborative work environment
