Job Description

Aman Aged Care is seeking a Care Manager to oversee operational performance and the delivery of person-centred care across our 46-bed residential facility. You will mentor a team, oversee clinical support, and ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024.

You will champion dignified care, safety, and cultural safety, report on KPIs, and lead continuous improvement while aligning with Islamic principles in our holistic care approach.
