Job Description

Banyule City Council is embarking on a major four-year Business Transformation Program in Melbourne's northern suburbs, seeking a Test Manager to establish the program-wide testing function and set the strategy, standards and governance.

You'll lead Test Analysts, coordinate across multiple projects, manage risk and release readiness, and report to governance forums. Hybrid role with minimum three days onsite.
