About the role
As theEnterprise DataArchitect,you will lead the strategic direction,governance,andarchitectureof informationand dataacross the organisation.
You will champion dataasacriticalorganisationalasset,enabling regulatory excellence, digitalinnovation,advancedanalytics,artificialintelligence,and evidence-based decision making.
Key responsibilities of this roleare:
Deliver and evolve enterprise-wide,AI-ready,data and information principles, strategies, roadmaps, and target architectures, that enable business transformation, regulatory compliance, and informed investment decisions.
Enable trusted,secureand interoperable datasharingacross regulatory, safetyand compliance domains by definingand governing enterprise dataarchitectures that support national consistencyand effective regulatory outcomes.
Embed datagovernance controls into solution delivery by ensuring dataownership, stewardship, metadata, dataqualityandlifecycleaccountabilityareconsidered inarchitecture patterns, solutiondesignsand delivery governance.
Provideauthoritativeenterprise dataarchitecture leadershipand strategicadvice to executives, shaping investment decisions, transformation initiatives, operatingmodelsand data-driven organisational outcomes.
Influence enterprise priorities, investment decisionsand strategic trade-offs through effective stakeholder engagement, facilitationand negotiationacross businessand technology domains.
Build enterprise dataarchitecture capability by providing technical leadership,mentoringpractitionersandestablishingstandardsandways of working that improve organisational maturityand delivery outcomes.

About You




To be successful in this role you willhave 7-10 yearsin dataarchitecture,solutionarchitectureandgovernance exposure.As wellas robust experience in DataWarehousingand Business Intelligence, your breadth of experience will spanacross the entire technologyfootprintshowcasingyourskills in enterprise decision making.
You will displayability toestablishand embed enterprise standards for datamodelling, master data, metadata, business vocabularies,dataquality,lineageandlifecyclemanagementto improve theconsistency,reliabilityandvalue of enterprise informationassets.
Your toolkit for success:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, systemanalysis orarelated study, or equivalent experience.
Experience developing dataarchitecture patterns, strategies,and roadmaps.
Experienceapplying domain-driven design or datadomain modelling to define datadomains business capabilities, dataproductsand reusable enterprise dataassets.
Good understanding of strategicand emerging technology trends,and thepracticalapplicationof existingand emerging technologies to newand evolving businessand operating models.
Good understanding of product management,agile principlesand development methodologiesand capability of supportingagile teams by providingadviceand guidance on opportunities, impact,and risks,



takingaccount oftechnicalandarchitecturaldebt.
Experience delivering presentations to senior-level managersandtechnicalaudiences.
Highly regarded:
Experience withLeanIXor otherEnterpriseArchitecturetools.
Recognised clouddatacertifications.
DAMA-aligned datagovernance training.
