Job Description

Thrive House in Queensland is seeking an experienced House Manager to lead multiple homes in the Moreton Bay region, with regular travel between sites. Onboarding and induction will be completed at our head office in Mooloolaba.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of about 30 support staff, and ensure high-quality care while upholding safety and child safety standards. This role suits a proactive leader who thrives in a rapid-paced disability and social services setting.
