Job Description

Careforce Group is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to assist NDIS participants across Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs. You will provide person-centred support to help participants live independently and engage with their communities.

Key duties include daily living support, community access, transport to appointments, and maintaining accurate progress notes. A adaptable, casual role with travel allowances is available, with an emphasis on dignity and inclusion.
