About the Role

n

GPK Group is seeking a full-time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Wangara, WA office! You'll be part of a smaller, close-knit team, playing a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and some onsite desktop-related work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.

Duties

n

n
Drive client projects while designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.
n
Document the scope of work and create accurate records for GPK and the client.
n
Provide network and hardware management for our clients during business hours and available after-hours.
n
Deliver technical support, advice, coaching, mentoring, and training across a range of technologies.
n
Collaborate with our client base and establish robust, positive relationships.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Experience in an MSP environment highly regarded, with time spent at Level 1 and 2.
n
Experience with IT systems including firewalls,



Microsoft platforms, ConnectWise/IT Glue, and virtual environments.
n
Qualification in related IT along with experience managing complex multisite clients.
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
n
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to find long-term solutions.
n
Base salary package between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super, plus host of great perks.
