Extreme Tilers Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers approximately 3 days per week with versatile (with the potential for more), school-friendly hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a excellent work-life balance.

The successful applicant will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations and must have strong experience using Xero.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
n
Bank and credit card reconciliations
n
Payroll processing
n
BAS preparation and lodgement
n
Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
n
Assisting with month-end reportingMonitored fired
n
Liaising with our external accountant
n
General bookkeeping and financial administration
n
Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
n
Advanced working knowledge of Xero
n




Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience in the construction industry
n
Knowledge of payroll compliance and Superannuation
n
Experience with job costing or project-based businesses
n
