Head of Residential Aged Care at Respect — join one of Australia's fastest growing aged care providers. Lead 39 facilities across regional Australia with a hands‐on approach and focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

n

Ensure secure, consumer-directed care that meets all accreditation and quality standards
n
Drive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiences
n
Lead, mentor and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability and high performance
n
Improve morale, attraction, retention and development of staff across all homes
n
Drive the financial performance of the residential division ensuring targets and consistency are met across all aged care facilities
n

About you

n

n
Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations across a large number of sites
n
Robust knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation and compliance requirements
n
A commitment to delivering secure, consumer-directed care and consistently high-quality outcomes
n
The ability to lead,



mentor and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
n
Financial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targets
n
A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growth
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
