Vivir Healthcare is seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance, Quality & Safety Administrator to support our Quality, Risk and Safety function nationally. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Governance & Transformation, this role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating clinician compliance activities, managing business assets and equipment, and responding to stakeholder enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
n

Maintain clinician compliance records and reporting.
n
Manage compliance documentation and annual reviews of key business resources.
n
Coordinate uniforms, equipment and asset management for clinicians nationally.
n
Manage shared inboxes and email distribution lists.
n
Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries within agreed service levels.
n
Support quality,
risk and safety processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Assist with quality assurance activities and adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).

About You
n
n
Previous administration or business support experience.
n
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
n
Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
n
A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
n
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
n
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
Willingness to obtain and maintain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
