Description

As a Production Estimator, you'll play a key role in project delivery and cost management, ensuring construction is accurately planned and financially controlled. Responsibilities include:

Preparing detailed production estimates for custom residential builds
n
Collaborating with Drafting, Estimating, and Site teams to manage project costs
n
Reviewing plans, specifications, and material requirements
n
Maintaining accurate project cost records and updates
n
Using Buildertrend software to track costs, variations, and revisions
n
Supporting the business to deliver projects on time and within budget
n
n
Profile
n
n
Over 5 years experience in residential construction estimating, preferably with a focus on production
n
Proven experience managing custom / high-end residential projects
n
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
n
Buildertrend experience is essential
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Strong communication and collaborative skills
n
