A renowned boutique strata management company led by actively involved directors who personally oversee the day-to-day operations.

Duties
Your duties as a Senior Strata Manager include but are not limited to:
Day to day management of your own portfolio - this will commence with 10 buildings and grow gradually
Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporation & Executive Committees
Prepare and undertake AGM's, EGM's etc
Arrange access for quotes & repairs, and manage budgets




Liaise with internal Insurance, Compliance and Finance teams for your schemes
Specific Requirements
Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
Have a customer-centric focus and ability to operate autonomously
Strata License, car and drivers license
