The After Hours Nurse Manager (AHNM) represents the leadership team after hours and is responsible for operational management of the facility after hours including patient flow, bed management and staffing.
The AHNM is part of the management team supporting clinical staff in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated clinical care; ensuring clinical care for the patient within the service is protected, well managed and of the highest quality and linking effectively to the in hours management
