The RoleThis is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career.
You will manage a fee base of $1 million and lead a team of 5 staff, working closely with the partners to drive the growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of $1 million in fees across a diverse client base
Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 staff
Provide high-level accounting, tax and advisory services to SME and HNWI clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships




Work closely with the partners on the strategic direction of the firm
Contribute to business development and practice growth
About You
CA or CPA qualified
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in public practice
Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
Strong technical knowledge across tax and advisory services
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Partnership ambition and a commercial mindset
