Salary up to 100k + super + uncapped commission
Commission paid quarterly up to 40% with 1 times threshold

Due to strong growth in the second and third quarters, this mid‐sized Technology and Finance specialist is now looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Technology team in Sydney.
The Desk
Due to this agency's vertical structure, you will have the prospect to work with existing clients and a ready‐made client base.
Many of their current clients are now hiring in the s/w dev space giving you potential pipeline from day 1!
You will have the chance to nurture existing relationships and also build new ones.

To be considered you will ideally have
3 years+ agency recruitment experience
Experience recruiting across Software development and ideally MS Stack
360° agency recruitment experience is essential
A proven track record of strong billings (A$400k+ pa)
A vibrant, ambitious and positive personality
The ability to build professional relationships and a keen interest in business
Confidence in yourself and upbeat communication skills
The motivation to have a career and not just a job
