Since ****, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across financial services,telecommunications,government, and enterprise sectors.
We are seeking a Unified Communications Technician to lead a series of critical SPOK upgrade projects and drive a broader review of our UC services across a key enterprise customer base.
To be successful for this role, you will to bring hands-on experience across a mix of the following technical domains:
Critical Messaging & Paging: Strong experience with SPOK, MobiCall, or OSCAR.
Voice Gateways & SBCs:



Proven capability with AudioCodes infrastructure.
Enterprise Telephony: Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM and/or Hipath PAX systems.
Modern Collaboration: Solid understanding of MS Teams Telephony and other major SIP-based platforms.
