An Northern QLD hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry from 16/02/2026 to 28/08/2026.Start Date End Date*********************For further information about this job, please contact Victoria O'Mahony on ************.
The rate is $*******/day
Roster Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
It is a 33-bed acute inpatient - It also has 4 Pre-Discharge Satellite Unit beds based in the community.
The unit delivers assessment, treatment and care services in both a low dependency unit (25 beds) or in the high dependency unit (8 beds) We have 3 psychiatrists providing clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
Each consultant is allocated a full time registrar and junior doctor support.
