Job Description

G Lab Bakery in Rydalmere is seeking a full time Pastrycook to join our bakery team. You will prepare and bake cake bases, doughs, fillings, and decorative items, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications include AQF Certificate III or IV, with 1 year of relevant experience or 3 years substitute, and you will help manage supplies and support junior staff in daily production and orders.
