PartsCheck is Australia's leading automotive parts procurement software marketplace. We built how Australia orders auto parts. Our finance team is small, productive, and high-performing — and we're looking for an Accountant to join us three days a week.

What you'll be doing:

n

Own the month-end close — accruals, journals, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management accounts

n

Be the day-to-day point of contact for our external tax accountants — coordinating the ITR, FBT, and R&D; tax incentive claim

n

Manage the audit process — prepare the records, handle requests, keep it moving

n

Maintain the rolling cash flow forecast and provide weekly updates to the Head of Finance

n

Provide direction and quality review for the Bookkeeper

n

What you bring:

n

4+ years' experience in an accounting role

n





You've owned a month-end close before

n

Comfortable dealing with external accountants and auditors independently

n

Advanced Xero and Excel proficiency — essential

n

CA or CPA qualified, or working toward it — desirable but not essential

n

Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow

n

Self-directed — you won't need to be told what to do each day

n
