About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an essential leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Working within the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, you will ensure residents' preferences, culture, and individuality are reflected in every aspect of care.

Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants

Drive clinical excellence and positive resident outcomes

Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
