Qscan Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist for the Toowong clinic on a part time basis. You will be the friendly first point of contact, greeting patients and referrers, handling registrations, bookings, triage, and queries in a rapid-paced environment seeing 120–150 patients daily.

You will process payments, issue receipts, manage billing, operate the booking system, and support back-office tasks. The role requires excellent customer service, solid organisational and communication skills,
