Job Description

Officeworks is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to lead store network transformation through Lean, Kaizen, and analytics-driven process optimisation. Based at the Chadstone Support Office with frequent store collaboration, you will drive measurable productivity improvements across our 175+ stores.

You will partner with store teams, central operations, technology, data, and AI squads to streamline end-to-end processes, develop SOPs, and support business cases for change initiatives.
