About your current Role
We're looking for a motivated and technically strong Accountant to join the finance team in a permanent capacity.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you take ownership of key month-end deliverables, financial reporting, compliance and stakeholder support.
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Month-end reporting including journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions
Preparation of management and board reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards
Capital expenditure and fixed asset management
Assist with BAS, FBT and other tax compliance requirements




Foreign currency revaluations and intercompany loan reconciliations
Support external audit preparation and liaise with auditors
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
About You
2-5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role
Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to month-end reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
ERP system experience, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)
Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
