Our Rockhampton Store is looking for a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
n
About the role
n
n
Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Buy & Loans, Retail, Online and Cashies Loans.
n
Drive store performance by achieving sales and operational targets while effectively managing costs, profit and loss.
n
Foster a positive culture, valuing collaboration and mutual support in a small, close-knit team.
n
Ensure all legal, compliance and operational requirements are met, providing a safe setting for both team members and customers.
n
Be part of a growing business with career progression opportunities across our 39-store Queensland network.

About you
n
n
You have leadership and management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
n
You're passionate about coaching and developing people to achieve their full potential.
n
You have a track record of delivering results,



achieving KPIs and leading teams in a fast-paced environment, including experience with rostering and workforce planning systems.
n
You're an effective communicator who can build solid relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders.
n
