This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while building solid relationships with builders, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers throughout Queensland. You'll play a key role in increasing market share, generating new projects, and positioning Beaumont Tiles as a preferred supplier partner.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial markets.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, developers, contractors and industry stakeholders.
n
Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
n
Increase engagement and share of wallet with existing customers through strategic account growth.
n
Identify and pursue tenders, projects and preferred supplier agreements.
n
Utilise market insights to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from opportunity through to delivery.
n

Proven success in a business development, accountmanagementor sales role.

Strong ability toidentifyopportunities, build pipelines and close business.
n
Experience working with builders, developers or construction-related customers will be highly regarded.

Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and confidence using technology and CRM systems.
