Job Description

Essential Coffee located at Point Cook is hiring a Workshop/Technical person to assisst with service and repair coffee and slush equipment, assist with installations and breakdowns, and maintain a clean, organized workshop. Duties also include some inventory management, packing orders when required, and basic administrative tasks like logging jobs and stock updates. A hands‐on role with a focus on safety and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Workshop / Technical

n

n
Service, repair, and test commercial coffee and slush equipment
n
Inspect, diagnose and replace worn or damaged components
n
Prepare machines for installation (setup, bench testing, cleaning)
n
Maintain clean and organised workshop areas
n

n

Field Support

n

n
Assist technicians with onsite servicing, breakdowns, and installs
n
Support machine removals and basic customer guidance
n
Follow OH&S;, workplace safety, and hygiene requirements on all sites
n

n

Warehouse & Inventory (assisst only)

n

n
Asisst with Pick, pack,



and dispatch parts and consumables when required
n
Receive deliveries and manage incoming stock when required
n
Conduct stock counts and replenish workshop spares when required
n
Safely operate manual handling equipment (training provided)
n

n

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
Current manual drivers licence (essential)
n
Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (not essential)
n
Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines (preferred, although not essential
n
Current police check / Working with children & Vulnerable people or able to able one upon starting
n
