A. Rostering Leadership

n
Supervise and support rostering coordinators.
n
Lead meetings, provide training, and manage performance.
n

B. Operational Oversight

n
Oversee roster creation and service coverage.
n
Ensure accurate and timely updates.
n

C. Compliance & Quality Assurance

n
Ensure SCHADS, NDIS, and internal policy compliance.
n
Review staff qualifications before allocation.
n

D. Stakeholder Coordination

n
Liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations.
n

E. Systems & Improvement

n
Oversee system accuracy and drive workflow improvements.
n

Requirements

n
Experience in rostering and leadership. - Strong knowledge of SCHADS and NDIS. - High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
