This is a casual position with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the chance for additional hours during busy periods. Award wages and casual loading apply.

About the Role
n
As the face of our service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy workshop.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming customers and managing service enquiries
n
Booking service appointments and coordinating workshop schedules
n
Preparing job cards, invoices and service paperwork
n
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
n
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
n
General reception and administrative duties
n
Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workshop operations
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Previous administration, reception or customer service experience
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
n
Confidence using computers and learning current systems
n
A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
n
Experience in the automotive, agricultural machinery or service industry is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.
