This is a diverse and fast-paced Operations Coordinator position that sits at the heart of the business. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help ensure projects, service and project work and business operations run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

The successful candidate will be involved in coordinating multiple aspects of the business including project and repair quotations, procurement, scheduling support, supplier management, systems administration, logistics and operational support. You will be one of the key links between office, factory, technicians, installers, suppliers and customers.

About You

n

You are a highly organised individual who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks. You thrive in a dynamic workplace and have strong communication skills, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the following:

n

Operations, service or project coordination
n
Construction, manufacturing, maintenance or trade-based industries
n
Estimating, procurement or administration
n
Logistics coordination
n
ERP, job management or business management systems
n

n

Most importantly, you will be a team player who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a growing business and is willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
