The Role

n

n
Generate 15–20+ current managements each month.
n
Conduct rental appraisals and convert new business opportunities.
n
Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling and relationship building.
n




Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
n
Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up leads.
n
Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure exceptional client service.
n
Represent the business at networking events and within the local community.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
n
Achieve and exceed monthly growth targets.
n

About You

n

n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager.
n
Proven history of consistently securing 15–20+ recent managements per month.
n
Driven, competitive and motivated by financial success.
n
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
n
Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n

Salary

n

Excellent base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus an outstanding uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performers.
