About the Role:
Step into an exciting Senior Occupational Therapist role with our Western Sydney team, based in Baulkham Hills, and help families across the surrounding communities thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Work with children, young people, and families to set goals, develop strategies, and support meaningful outcomes
Build independence in daily living skills, including self-care, routines, sensory processing, play, motor skills, emotional regulation, and participation
Deliver person- and family-centred, strengths-based occupational therapy across NDIS and grant-funded caseloads
Contribute to group programs such as school transition, toilet training, play-based groups, and social skills programs
Develop specialist interests including assistive technology, minor home modifications, and sensory/emotional regulation
Provide supervision and support to students or junior clinicians (as applicable)
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
About You – Skills and Experience:
Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration and at least 4 years' experience working with children and young people
Strong interest or experience in strengths-based, person- and family-centred practice
Experience in assistive technology (desirable)
Strong organisational and digital literacy skills
Understanding of inclusive practice and diverse communities
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
