Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Greeting all customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
Forwarding all enquiries to the appropriate team members
Responding to and managing incoming emails
Generating and sending quotes to customers
Keeping databases accurate and up to date
Performing data entry and general administrative tasks
Photocopying and compiling essential site packs
Filing and document organisation

The ideal applicant will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administration role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High-level computer proficiency and the ability to learn recent systems quickly
