The Role
Working closely with hiring managers, business leaders and the broader P&C; team, you'll be responsible for managing theend-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction through to offer and onboarding.




Manage theend-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection and offer management
Manage ahigh volume of requisitions, ensuring roles are progressed efficiently and candidates receive an exceptional experience
Develop and executecreative sourcing strategiesacross job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct sourcing
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs and providing practical recruitment advice
Act as atrusted recruitment partnerto stakeholders, challenging and influencing where required
ChampionDiversity, Equity & Inclusionthroughout the recruitment process, ensuring attraction and selection practices are inclusive and unbiased
Userecruitment data and market insightsto identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and influence stakeholder decisions
Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting withinWorkday
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, selection and best-practice recruitment
Support employer branding initiatives, career events, job fairs and networking activities
Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with relevant legislation, policies and best-practice standards
Continuously look for ways toimprove the recruitment experience, processes and candidate journey
Bring energy, curiosity and a hands-on approach to every recruitment campaign
About You




We're looking for someone who isenergetic, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
You'll be comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities and getting out into the market to find great people.
You'll beinternal Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment,ideally with experienceinblue-collar or constructionenvironments but most importantly, you'll know how to build relationships and make things happen.
Experience managingend-to-end recruitment, ideally within a high-volume environment
Strong sourcing capability and confidence using SEEK, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
A proactive, hands-on approach to candidate attraction — you're not afraid to pick up the phone and get out into the market
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge hiring managers
Comfortable working with recruitment data and using insights to inform decisions
A genuine passion forDiversity, Equity & Inclusionand delivering fair and inclusive recruitment processes
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once
Confident communicator who bringsenergy, credibility and a solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
Experience withWorkdayor another large-scale ATS would be advantageous
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia would be preferred, although visa-holders will be considered (no sponsorship opportunity available)
