The Senior Recovery Worker develops individual recovery plans with participants, facilitates group sessions, and supports day-to-day PARC operations within a multidisciplinary team.
You will mentor Recovery Workers to ensure high-quality care, while collaborating with the Program Manager to foster a supportive, inclusive team culture.
