Job Description

REFOCUS is seeking compassionate Out of Home Care Practitioners to support children, young people and families across programs in Moreton Bay. You will deliver trauma-informed care, implement care plans, and collaborate with families and partner agencies to promote safety and wellbeing.

Role involves work with 0–17 year olds, parents and carers, across residential and family-based settings, reporting, documentation, and adherence to safeguarding standards.
