Key Responsibilities

Front-desk and phone-based patient reception
n
Appointment bookings and general administrative support
n
Supporting doctors and clinical staff
n
Accurate billing and understanding of MBS item numbers
n




Maintaining reception presentation and patient flow
n
Supporting preventative health initiatives
n

n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
Minimum two years' experience as a medical receptionist in General Practice
n
Experience using Best Practice software (preferred)
n
Solid computer and multitasking skills
n
Qualified presentation and excellent customer service
n
Clear communication and teamwork skills
n

As the first point of contact, you will represent the clinic with warmth, professionalism and efficiency. You take pride in delivering a positive patient experience and contributing to a well-run practice.
