Job Description

NBMLHD invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner to lead the Virtual Aged Care Service at Nepean Hospital. The role focuses on advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination for older adults through telehealth and remote models.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and aged care providers to improve outcomes, while practicing autonomously within scope and contributing to ongoing education and service evolution.
