Job Description

NSC Towing is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Sydney. This is a full time, Monday - Friday role, the position will require you to be available and willing to primarily respond to clearways, some roadside emergencies and vehicle breakdowns across the city. It will require occasional weekends only for special events. You will play a vital role in getting stranded motorists safely back on the road.

What you'll be doing

n

Safely operating a tow truck to transport damaged or disabled vehicles to repair shops or storage facilities

n

Responding promptly to emergency calls and efficiently assisting customers

n

Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues with the tow truck

n

Ensuring the tow truck is well-maintained and clean at all times

n

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients

n

What we're looking for

n

A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence

n





A minimum of 2 years' experience as a tow truck driver

n

Solid driving skills and knowledge of the local area

n

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

n

Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects

n
