Plumbing Bros is looking for an experienced plumbing qualified to join our team as Operations Manager.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping a team perform at its best.

n

With a dedicated team managing bookings and scheduling, you'll be able to focus on the field team and the performance of our jobs.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Leading and supporting our plumbers and apprentices
n
Overseeing the smooth running of field operations
n
Providing technical advice and support
n
Coaching the team and managing performance
n
Scoping and quoting works
n
Monitoring job quality and profitability
n
Managing callbacks and customer escalations
n
Identifying ways to improve productivity and processes
n

What we're looking for

n





You'll have solid plumbing knowledge combined with the ability to lead people and make decisions.

n

Previous supervisory or management experience is a must along with experience in quoting, job management and service plumbing.

n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility.
