Job Description

Akzo Nobel is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our ANZ customer service, order management, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes across Australia, Recent Zealand and PNG. You will guide ~12 agents, drive OTIF, delivery reliability, and escalation management while aligning with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will champion continuous improvement, digitalisation, and data-driven performance in a multinational manufacturing workplace across diverse countries and time zones.
