Job Description
Darebin City Council is seeking an experienced Inclusion Officer to lead the LGBTIQA+ Action Plan, deliver programs and partnerships, and drive strategic change to enhance inclusion, safety and equity for LGBTIQA+ communities in Darebin.
The role requires specialist knowledge of LGBTIQA+ rights and inclusive practice, and the ability to engage stakeholders, evaluate programs and provide expert advice to Council services.
