In this role, youwill lead and motivate a team of Employment Consultants across a growing regionand support them in all aspectsof quality service delivery and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities willinclude:
Leading and empowering a team ofemploymentconsultantsto deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people withdisability
Facilitating staff training and development toensure the provision of high -quality, person-centred services
Developing strategies, programs andpositivepartnershipsto enhance service delivery and create meaningfulemploymentopportunities
Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyseand monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
Ensuring the achievement of internal andexternalperformanceand quality benchmarks
Fostering a positive team culture thatencouragesmotivationand success
Representing the organisation in the localcommunity to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employmentservices
